Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Mikey Schkelpt (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Raphael Van Halen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). On his way into the cage it seems that Mikey Schkelpt has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Mikey Schkelpt seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Van Halen lands with a thumping leg kick.
Schkelpt tries to clinch there but Van Halen circles away.
Schkelpt throws a looping overhand right but Van Halen ducks down to avoid it.
Van Halen moves forwards but Schkelpt connects with a nice, crisp jab.
Van Halen misses with a head kick.
Van Halen motions for Schkelpt to come forward. Van Halen throws a leg kick but it misses it's target.
Van Halen tries a head kick but it misses.
Schkelpt rushes in with a sloppy looking punch

and Van Halen counters with a takedown into side control! That could mean trouble for Schkelpt!
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

Van Halen tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though.
Schkelpt tries to improve position but can't.
Van Halen prevents Schkelpt from escaping the position.
Schkelpt tries to bench press Van Halen off him but Van Halen keeps the position.
Schkelpt is looking to work his way out of this bad position but Van Halen is controlling him well.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Van Halen lands a knee to the body and follows it up with some ground and pound to the head. That will wear Schkelpt down.

It looks like Mikey Schkelpt has been cut.
