Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Tom Jones (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Lupercal Abaddon (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Jones comes to the cage accompanied by what's new pussycat. Abaddon has chosen Heartless as his entrance music. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

21 - 14 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Lupercal Abaddon!
The judges for this bout are Luis Engracia, Paulo Santos and Leandro Rodrigues.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jones tries to close the distance and clinch up but Abaddon swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Jones moves to clinch but Abaddon breaks away
and Abaddon counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Jones darts in trying to clinch
and Abaddon counters with a nice low kick that buckles Jones's knee momentarily.
Jones wants to clinch up but Abaddon keeps it at a distance.
Jones stuffs the takedown attempt from Abaddon. Abaddon gets slowly back to his feet.
Jones doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Abaddon counters with an inside leg kick.
Abaddon misses with a left hand
enabling Jones to counter with a crisp jab.
Jones misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Jones has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Jones there as he acknowledges the shot.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Jones ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Abaddon circles away from the clinch attempt.
Jones is looking to clinch.
Abaddon throws a hook to the side of Jones's head but Jones sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
A telegraphed right hand from Abaddon misses the target.
Jones tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. Abaddon manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
A slapping leg kick lands for Abaddon.
Jones avoids the body shot from Abaddon.
Lupercal Abaddon seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Abaddon with a hook.
Abaddon scores with a jab to the body.
Abaddon throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Jones sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Abaddon moves into range and connects with a jab.
Jones wants to clinch
and Abaddon counters with a three punch combination, finished off with a leg kick. Nice work.
Jones is rocked!
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Abaddon cracks Jones with a big right hand that sees him stumbling back against the cage! Jones falls to his knees and Abaddon doesn't need a second invitatation - he rushes in and fires off several unanswered shots that force the referee to stop the fight! This one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:55 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Lupercal Abaddon!
