Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Pejro Karesky (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Carpet Chair (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Carpet Chair has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 11 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Pejro Karesky!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 9 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Carpet Chair!
The judges for this bout are , Jack Bonds and Frank Antenori.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Chair scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.
Karesky tries to clinch but Chair moves out of range.
Karesky takes one to the chin there.
Karesky is looking to clinch.
Chair waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Karesky.
Karesky fails in his attempt to clinch.
Chair looks to throw the jab but Karesky is out of range.

Chair looking to score a takedown here. Karesky is defending well but Chair drives through and ends up in Karesky's guard.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Chair accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
Chair throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Karesky works some decent striking defense from the bottom.
Chair has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.
Karesky wants to stand but Chair is controlling the position.
Chair passes easily into side control. Nice work.

Chair is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Karesky is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.

Chair throws a knee to the body but it doesn't do much damage.
Karesky parries the strikes from Chair easily there. Chair is wary of posturing up too much because it might enable Karesky to escape.

Chair is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Karesky is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.

Chair looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything.
Chair throws a strike aimed at the side of Karesky's head but Karesky avoids it well.

Chair tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though.

Chair working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it.

Chair working the ground and pound but Karesky is defending the strikes.
Chair creates some space and throws a big elbow, but Karesky sees it coming and moves his head just enough to avoid the strike.

Chair is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Karesky knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.

Karesky regains half guard, as Chair was trying to land strikes.

Chair is actively looking for submissions here but good counter grappling here from Karesky as he works his way to full guard.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Chair is looking to work some ground and pound but Karesky has wrist control.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Carpet Chair dominated that round.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.


Chair lands a slapping body shot.
Nice shot lands for Chair.
Karesky misses with the combination.
Chair shoots in and drives through. Karesky sprawls well.
Chair misses with a right hand
and Karesky counters with a three punch combination, finished off with a leg kick. Nice work.
Karesky moves away from the strike by Chair.
Karesky is looking to clinch.
Chair misses the shot to the body.
Karesky ducks under a wild hook from Chair.
Chair scores with a body shot.
Sloppy strikes from Chair. Those never looked like landing.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Karesky on the wrong end of a decent looking cross there.
Karesky throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Chair.
Chair looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Chair throws a right and a left that Karesky avoids nicely.
Pejro Karesky is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.

Karesky closes the distance and pushes Chair back into the cage.
Chair tries to pull guard but Karesky won't allow it.
Pejro Karesky has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Carpet Chair.
Chair tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Karesky smiles and moves away.
Karesky tries to clinch but Chair moves out of range.
Karesky throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Pejro Karesky is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Karesky wants to clinch up but Chair keeps it at a distance.

Karesky gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.
Chair tries to free his leg and advance position but Karesky is retaining full guard.
Chair working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Chair is working Karesky over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes.

Chair drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and Karesky dives on top into guard.
Karesky trying to stand up but can't free himself from Chair's guard.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

Karesky avoids a guillotine attempt easily.

Chair tries to land a sweep but no joy.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Chair is looking for a triangle but Karesky pushes his legs off easily.

Chair looking for submissions from the bottom but instead Karesky passes into half guard.
Karesky tries to stand but his arm is trapped.

Chair works his way to full guard. Good work.

Chair looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
Chair bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Karesky's guard.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Carpet Chair showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action! And we move into the final round!


Chair ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Karesky moves away.
Karesky tries to clinch there but Chair circles away.
Karesky fails with an attempt to clinch.
Chair dodges the punch combination from Karesky.
Chair lands with a thumping leg kick.
Chair with a hook.

Karesky closes the distance and pushes Chair back into the cage.
Chair blocks an elbow strike from Karesky.

Chair lands a takedown into guard.
Chair advances position into side control!
Chair working the ground and pound but Karesky is defending the strikes.

Chair tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Chair has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!

Karesky dodges the ground and pound from Chair.

Chair is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Karesky is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.

Chair goes for an armbar here - this could be all over! But no, Karesky has escaped beautifully and is now on top in side control! Oh, that's unlucky for Chair but great work by Karesky.

Chair trying to control but Karesky flips him over like a cheap hooker and has his back!
I really don't envy Chair right now.
Karesky avoiding Chair 's attempts to control his hands.

Karesky gets back to his feet - a bit of a stange decision given the position he was in.

Chair connects with a single shot there.
Chair shoots for a takedown but Karesky saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Karesky throws a series of punches but Chair moves out of range.
Chair throws a jab but it's blocked by Karesky.
Karesky throws a one two combo.
Horrible takedown by Chair or perhaps it was just good defense by Karesky which made him look bad.
Karesky steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Chair.
Karesky tries to clinch up.
Karesky slips a jab from Chair.
Karesky looks to score with a jab to the body but Chair is just out of range.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
Karesky pushes forward with a 1-2 combination that forces Chair back to the cage. Karesky follows up with a solid lead hook to the liver.


It looks like Carpet Chair has been cut.
No luck with that takedown attempt from Chair.
Pejro Karesky has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Carpet Chair.
Chair thows a body shot but no joy.
Chair fails with the takedown.
Karesky paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Karesky misses with a two punch combination.
Karesky tries to clinch up.
Chair fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Chair has a takedown stuffed.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Karesky doesn't manage to clinch there - Chair circles away.
Pejro Karesky has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!

Karesky moves into range and clinches up with Chair.
Chair blocks a punch to the side of the head.

And that's the end of the fight!
I would just about give that final round to Carpet Chair.
I've got Chair winning every round here. Surely the decision will go his way and he'll pick up a well deserved decision victory. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

Carpet Chair spent the whole post fight interview bigging himself up. It didn't go down that well with the fans after a while as they thought it was a bit arrogant.
