Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Ta Sau Sei (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Luke Kilpatrick (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Sau Sei comes to the cage accompanied by 周杰倫 - 青花瓷. Kilpatrick has chosen Parkway Drive - Dark Days as his entrance music. Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
11 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Ta Sau Sei! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
9 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Luke Kilpatrick! The judges for this bout are Bruno Hogan, Damien Edna and Donatello Bradman.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Kilpatrick scores with a head kick. Sau Sei tried to block it but didn't get his arm up in time.
It looks like Ta Sau Sei has been cut. Kilpatrick cracks the inside of Sau Sei's front leg. Sau Sei cracks Kilpatrick with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business. Sau Sei misses with a looping left. Kilpatrick misses with an uppercut. Kilpatrick ducks under a wild hook from Sau Sei. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Sau Sei checks a leg kick. Sau Sei avoids a kick to the body.
Kilpatrick throws a head kick but Sau Sei moves out of range.
Kilpatrick lands with an uppercut that bounces Sau Sei off the cage and back into range. Sau Sei misses with an uppercut. Kilpatrick saw that one coming. Sau Sei uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Kilpatrick. Sau Sei lands with a hook. Kilpatrick tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head. Kilpatrick lands with a kick to the temple. Sau Sei shrugs as if to say "is that all you've got?"
That's one minute gone in the round. Kilpatrick swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Luke Kilpatrick seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Good leg kick by Kilpatrick there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
Kilpatrick tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion. Kilpatrick slips under a jab. Sau Sei missing with a left hand there. Kilpatrick was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one. Sau Sei checks a low kick from Kilpatrick. Sau Sei walks into a stiff left hand from Kilpatrick. Sau Sei misses with a hook
and Kilpatrick counters with a leg kick that reverborates around the arena. Kilpatrick misses with a combination
and Sau Sei counters with a nice uppercut. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Sau Sei throws a poor cross that misses
and Kilpatrick counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt. Kilpatrick ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face. Kilpatrick fails with an attempt to clinch.
That's two minutes gone in the round. A jab from Kilpatrick does it's job there. Sau Sei darts in and clinches Kilpatrick up against the cage. Sau Sei working aggressively here.
Kilpatrick's corner are urging him to control the action in the clinch for a moment, rather than mount any serious offense. I'm sure the crowd appreciate those instructions... not. Both guys are working to get underhooks. A nice left hand lands by Sau Sei.

It looks like Luke Kilpatrick has been cut. Kilpatrick misses with a shot to the kidneys.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Kilpatrick pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat. Sau Sei throws an overhand right that lands on Kilpatrick's shoulder, as Kilpatrick tries to avoid the shot. Decent striking displayed by Sau Sei there. Kilpatrick blocks a jab. Kilpatrick swings for the body but Sau Sei moves out of range.
Good standup being displayed there by Sau Sei as he connects with a hook. Kilpatrick bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes. Kilpatrick closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so. Sau Sei throws a jab when Kilpatrick was well out of range. Kilpatrick misses with a hook. Sau Sei takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt. Kilpatrick is looking to chop away at Sau Sei's legs. Sau Sei tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. Kilpatrick manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat. Ta Sau Sei is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Sau Sei fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
This has been an exciting period of action! Sau Sei moves into the clinch. Sau Sei struggles to land a body shot inside as Kilpatrick controls his hands.
Sau Sei has a couple of punches blocked by Kilpatrick.
Kilpatrick can't find room to land a body shot as Sau Sei controls the action.
Kilpatrick blocks an uppercut.
Kilpatrick can't break the clinch.
Sau Sei stalls. Kilpatrick wants the takedown. Sau Sei is fighting it off but Kilpatrick persists and manages to bring the fight to the ground, ending up in Sau Sei's guard against the cage. Kilpatrick is looking to work some ground and pound but Sau Sei has wrist control. The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Sau Sei avoiding any damage from the ground and pound. Kilpatrick won't allow Sau Sei to sweep him here. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Luke Kilpatrick dominated that round. Both fighters have cut men working on them during the interval. The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action!
Kilpatrick takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.
Sau Sei stuffs the takedown attempt from Kilpatrick. Kilpatrick gets slowly back to his feet. Sau Sei moving in and out of range nicely, whilst landing the scoring shot. Kilpatrick tries to keep at a distance but Sau Sei has taken the fight into the clinch. Sau Sei misses with some punches.
Sau Sei swings wildly with an uppercut but Kilpatrick uses good head movement to avoid it. Sau Sei throws a punch but it's blocked by Kilpatrick. Sau Sei lands with a short shot to the head. Kilpatrick is leaning against Sau Sei and scores with a nice uppercut to the body. The referee calls for Kilpatrick to work.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Kilpatrick blocks an uppercut.
Kilpatrick is looking to control Sau Sei's arms but Sau Sei gets an underhook and turns him. Now Kilpatrick has his back to the cage. Kilpatrick gets a trip takedown into half guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Kilpatrick is pressing down on Sau Sei's thigh, looking to free his foot. Sau Sei is holding on for now. Kilpatrick is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.
Sau Sei wants to get back to full guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Kilpatrick connects with a nice short shot to Sau Sei's temple. Sau Sei wants to improve his position but Kilpatrick is controlling well.
Kilpatrick wants to lay and pray for a moment but Sau Sei keeps working. Kilpatrick thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Sau Sei's head. Sau Sei trying to hold on to Kilpatrick's head to control him but Kilpatrick postures up.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Kilpatrick not throwing his punches with enough precision this time. Kilpatrick throwing shots but Sau Sei is blocking nicely. Kilpatrick is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there. Kilpatrick is working for a submission of some sort.
Kilpatrick is looking to take a break and control but Sau Sei is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Kilpatrick is thwarting Sau Sei's attempts to control the position. Sau Sei avoiding damage under a succession of punches from Kilpatrick. Kilpatrick thows a huge punch but Sau Sei dodges it nicely.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Kilpatrick working over Sau Sei with some ground and pound. Sau Sei looks like he wants out of this position, which is understandable. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Kilpatrick lands with an elbow from half guard - that looked like it hurt. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Luke Kilpatrick showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. Both fighters have cut men working on them during the interval. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! And we move into the final round!

Kilpatrick throws a sloppy head kick and Sau Sei moves out of range easily. Kilpatrick uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Sau Sei moves into the clinch successfully.
That's one minute gone in the round. Kilpatrick is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though. A head punch blocked on the inside by Kilpatrick. Sau Sei swings wildly with an uppercut but Kilpatrick uses good head movement to avoid it. Kilpatrick stays in close to his opponent and throws a right hand to the body. Both fighters are breathing heavily. Good body shot from Kilpatrick.

Kilpatrick breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Kilpatrick misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Kilpatrick cracks Sau Sei with a good jab. Sau Sei stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Kilpatrick.
Sau Sei darts in and out, connecting with a jab. Kilpatrick needs to keep his hands up - Sau Sei had a free shot at his head there.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Kilpatrick throws a body kick but he wasn't in range. Sau Sei digs a good body shot into Kilpatrick's ribs. Sau Sei misses with a right hand and Kilpatrick counters with a slapping leg kick. Kilpatrick's corner calls for a 1, 2 combination and Kilpatrick duly obliges. Kilpatrick misses with a jab, cross combination.
Kilpatrick fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Sau Sei looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath. Kilpatrick connects with an inside leg kick. Kilpatrick misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Sau Sei takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily. Sau Sei ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face. Kilpatrick fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Kilpatrick ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent. Sau Sei is really head hunting here, hardly looking to strike to the body at all. Sau Sei takes a swing at Kilpatrick's ribcage but misses. Kilpatrick fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Sau Sei manages to avoid it. Kilpatrick connects with a high kick.
Ta Sau Sei's cut is getting worse. Kilpatrick throws a low kick but his opponent is out of range.
Kilpatrick tries a low kick but Sau Sei avoids it. Kilpatrick throws an overhand right that lands on Sau Sei's shoulder, as Sau Sei tries to avoid the shot. Sau Sei throws out a token jab with nothing on it. Kilpatrick throws a head kick that connects with a bit of head and a bit of hand.
This has been an exciting period of action! Kilpatrick connects with a good right hand that stumbles Sau Sei. Sau Sei circles away out of range and recomposes himself.
Ta Sau Sei's cut is bleeding quite badly. He's got to try and protect it. Ouch! a nice leg kick from Kilpatrick, right into the meat.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Kilpatrick throws a left that rocks Sau Sei and follows with a right that sends him tumbling to the canvas! Kilpatrick dives into side control, looking to finish! Can Sau Sei regain composure!
Sau Sei is rocked! Kilpatrick scores with a big shot from side control... and another... and another! Oh Sau Sei is done here - save him referee! More strikes land and eventually the ref does step in and Kilpatrick can finally stop beating on his defenseless opponent!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:26 of round 3, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Luke Kilpatrick! Our winner, Luke Kilpatrick, made sure he spent some time buttering up the crowd during his post fight interview, which will no doubt bring him a few more fans.
