The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lee shoots in and drives through. Falco sprawls well.
Lee throws a lazy head kick
and Falco counters by clinching up.
Falco breaks from the clinch.
Lee instigates a clinch.
Falco misses with a hook from the clinch.
Lee is trying to slow down the pace in the clinch, to catch his breath.
Falco lands a right uppercut that snaps the head of Lee backwards.
Falco escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Lee tries to keep at a distance but Falco has taken the fight into the clinch.

We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.

The fighters circle momentarily. Falco darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.

Falco lands a right uppercut that snaps the head of Lee backwards.

The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.
Falco wants to stand but Lee is controlling the position.

Lee drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Falco manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Lee has Falco in his guard.

Lee has an active guard here but Falco has managed to pass into half guard.
Falco tries to pass the half guard into mount. Lee knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Both fighters circling slowly here as the pace drops. Hopefully one of them does someth.. OOOHHHH!!!! Falco throws an absolute beast of a head kick! Lee is done! He's out cold, twisted and contorted up against the ropes! Wow!
