Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Chuck Perry (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ryan Hayes (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Perry comes to the cage accompanied by Cara Dillon vs. 2 Devine - Black Is the Colour (Coco & Green Remix). Ryan Hayes will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
19 - 10 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Chuck Perry! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
10 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Ryan Hayes! The judges for this bout are Steve Smith, Dillan Fox and Yves DeLean.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Hayes throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Perry sees it coming and avoids it easily. Hayes closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage. Perry tries to land knees in the clinch but Hayes avoids the damage to the body. Perry trying to control the position but instead, Hayes has worked for underhooks and has pushed Perry into the cage. Perry is trying to pull guard but being pressed up against the cage enables Hayes to keep the fight standing. Hayes tries to break free but Perry pushes him back against the cage. Perry working hard to break the clinch. Perry is struggling to control the position. Hayes breaks the clinch.
Perry shoots in for a takedown but Hayes shows good takedown defense. Perry rushes Hayes and presses him up against the cage.
That's one minute gone in the round. Perry is trying to break the clinch but Hayes has him pressed against the cage. Perry manages to pull guard.
Perry has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Hayes can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself. Perry escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Hayes gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance. Hayes wants to stand but Perry is controlling his posture from full guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Perry has his foot on Hayes's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Hayes works his way back into a safe position though. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Perry is looking for a triangle but Hayes pushes his legs off easily.
Perry is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. Perry manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!

That's three minutes gone in the round. Perry looking for an armbar but decides to keep the dominant position instead. Perry is in full mount, looking to secure a guillotine but Hayes is surviving well by controlling Perry's body position as best he can. Perry has hold of Hayes's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and Hayes manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.

Hayes is squirming around, avoiding Perry's attempts to control the action. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Perry unloads with some shots from mount but Hayes bucks and avoids them well.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Chuck Perry dominated that round. That's time! Perry's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.
Perry misses with a combination
enabling Hayes to counter with a crisp jab. Perry scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction. Perry looks to land a combination but Hayes avoids it well. Hayes displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Perry. Perry tries to bum rush Hayes with a series of wild strikes but Hayes uses good footwork to avoid the assault. Hayes takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.
A punch combination from Hayes misses. Perry takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.
This has been an exciting period of action! Hayes throws an overhand right that lands on Perry's shoulder, as Perry tries to avoid the shot. Perry throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Hayes's waist but Hayes gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Perry off to one side.
That's one minute gone in the round. Perry tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Perry. Hayes takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away. Chuck Perry is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Perry misses with a series of wild punches.
Hayes lands with a precision combination! Left, right, uppercut and Perry falls flat on his face, eyes wide open but he's out!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:28 of round 2, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Ryan Hayes! A very excited looking Ryan Hayes made sure he remembered to thank all the fans both in the arena and on the internet. He said all the coolest people spend all day on MMA websites, which got a big reaction.
