Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Adam Hinkley (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Joshua Cane (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Adam Hinkley! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Joshua Cane! The judges for this bout are Robert Twigg, Wesley Smith and Alan Glass.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Excellent takedown into side control there by Hinkley. Hinkley stands up and we're back to a striking position. Hinkley shoots for a takedown but Cane saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily. Cane closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Hinkley to the mat! Hinkley manages to get full guard. Hinkley pulls Cane in close to his closed guard and prevents Cane from doing any damage or advancing position. Hinkley wants to sweep here but Cane controlling him for the moment. Cane passes Hinkley's left leg - he's now in half guard. Hinkley works his way to full guard. Good work.
That's one minute gone in the round. Hinkley looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
Cane controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling. Hinkley is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Cane is controlling him. Hinkley working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Cane. Hinkley trying to control the position.
Cane trying to control the position from guard on top but Hinkley is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Cane trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. Hinkley managing to control the position.
It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fight is doing enough on the ground. Cane pushes Hinkley up against the cage in a clinch. Hinkley missing with knees to the body.
Cane is trying to slow down the pace of the fight but Hinkley is keeping busy. Hinkley breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
The fight stays on the outside here - Cane looks like he's thinking about clinching though. Hinkley forces Cane back against the cage and clinches. Cane has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Hinkley is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet. Hinkley is working for takedown but Cane is calmly controlling the position for now.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Cane is trying to stall.
Hinkley tightens his grip and picks Cane up, before dumping him to the ground. Cane manages to land in guard. Cane is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent. Cane is active off his back here, looking for submissions.
Hinkley pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Cane is keeping the position for now. Hinkley loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Hinkley controls the pace of the fight for a moment. Hinkley wants to pass the guard but Cane is keeping the position. Hinkley trying to control but Cane is working from the bottom.
It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fight is doing enough on the ground. Hinkley shoots for a double leg takedown but Cane sprawls well. He's pushed Hinkley's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Adam Hinkley. That's going to take a lot out of him. Hinkley is breathing heavily. Hinkley connects with a body shot. Hinkley gets in close and instigates a clinch. Hinkley breaks from the clinch.
Cane stuffs the takedown. Hinkley fails miserably with a takedown attempt. Excellent takedown into side control there by Cane. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Adam Hinkley will probably get the nod. That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.

Hinkley misses with a takedown and Cane counters with a nice double leg into guard. Cane wants to control from the top but Hinkley keeps moving. Hinkley trying to keep a closed guard but Cane is proving a slippery customer.
Cane not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up. Hinkley looking for a sweep. Not yet Hinkley, not yet. Cane wants to control from the top but Hinkley keeps moving. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
That's one minute gone in the round. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Cane wanted to stand there but Hinkley had control of the position. Cane stopping the sweep attempt from Hinkley.
It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fight is doing enough on the ground. Hinkley tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Cane paws at him with a jab and circles away. Cane circles away from the clinch attempt.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so. Cane gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard. Cane trying to control the position.
Hinkley tries to free his leg and advance position but Cane is retaining full guard. Joshua Cane has got the better of the ground game so far. Cane trying to control the position.
Hinkley wants to control from the top but Cane keeps moving. Cane looking to hit a scissor sweep but Hinkley is one step ahead there.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Cane can't keep his opponent in guard - Hinkley advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount. Cane looking for submissions from an awkward position here. Cane has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Hinkley is working away from the top position though.
The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up. Hinkley tries for a takedown but Cane circles away easily and Cane counters by moving into the clinch. Hinkley manages to pull guard. Let's see whether he can land a sub off his back. Cane won't allow Hinkley to sweep him here. Hinkley on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Hinkley tries to get out of the position.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Hinkley is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle. Hinkley is trying to control the position but Cane postures up. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Cane connects with a couple of short punches. Hinkley working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Cane doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Cane manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Joshua Cane showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action. This is the final round!
Hinkley misses with the combination.
Hinkley closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage. Cane pushes Hinkley back against the cage and lands a hook to the side of the head. Hinkley tries for a takedown. No joy.
Cane tries to pull guard but Hinkley won't allow it.
Hinkley just leaning against Cane, taking a breather. Hinkley gets a trip takedown into half guard. Cane is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Hinkley's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Hinkley's back! Both fighters are breathing heavily. Cane controlling from the back. Hinkley manages to reverse the position and now he's in Cane's guard. Nice work there by Hinkley.
That's one minute gone in the round. Hinkley won't allow Cane to sweep him here. Cane bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Hinkley's guard. Cane trying to control but Hinkley is working from the bottom. Hinkley looking to hit a scissor sweep but Cane is one step ahead there. Cane drops back, looking for a kneebar! Hinkley looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Hinkley looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Hinkley!
That's two minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. Cane trying to remain calm as Hinkley controls from the top position. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Hinkley wants to control but Cane is keeping him busy. Hinkley scores with punches from side control. Hinkley decides to stand back up. Hinkley steps back and let's Cane get back to his feet. Hinkley doesn't manage to clinch there - Cane circles away.
Hinkley shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Cane as he avoids it easily. Hinkley throws a right hand that Cane ducks under and follows up with a left that Cane also avoids with ease.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Cane has Hinkley up against the cage in a clinch.
Hinkley breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Cane fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt. Cane tries for a takedown but Hinkley circles away easily and Hinkley counters with a single leg into guard. Cane didn't expect that. Adam Hinkley has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Joshua Cane. Hinkley trying to control the position from guard on top but Cane is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Hinkley controls from within his opponent's guard. Hinkleyis looking to pass into half guard but Cane pushes him away with his feet and jumps on top - now Cane is in guard.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Hinkley is trying to control the position but Cane postures up. Hinkley is looking for a triangle here but Cane uses the submission attempt to pass into side control.
Hinkley tries to buck Cane off but Cane is having none of it. Hinkley takes a couple of big shots there - the referee warns him that he has to defend himself better. Cane wants to control but Hinkley is keeping him busy. Hinkley wants to control but Cane postures up. Cane stands up and beckons Hinkley to his feet.
And that's the end of the fight! Adam Hinkley showed his dominance in that final round. I think Hinkley has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
