The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Azz shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Azz throws a strike but Djigurda rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top.
Djigurda is looking to work some ground and pound but Azz has wrist control.
Azz wants to get back to his feet but Djigurda is in a dominant position and won't allow it.
Djigurda is working the ground and pound from guard. He might want to try advancing position though to get more of an impact.
Azz wriggles free and stands up.
Azz gets a double leg takedown into Djigurda's guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Djigurda is working actively from the bottom, looking for submissions. He's escaped his hips to the side and he's going for an armbar! Azz has his hands clasped together but Djigurda extends an breaks Azz's desperate grasp, forcing a tap out due to armbar! Nice BJJ displayed there by Djigurda.
