Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Hesus Kashka (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jury Hamilton (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Hamilton has chosen Symphony 9 as his entrance music. The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

8 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Jury Hamilton! The judges for this bout are Damien Edna, Donatello Bradman and Eliza Hachem.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! No luck for Hamilton with that takedown attempt. Hamilton looking to score a takedown here. Kashka is defending well but Hamilton drives through and ends up in Kashka's guard. Hamilton landing some decent shots from guard. Hamilton connects with a couple of short punches. Let's hope that Hamilton has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight. Kashka actively working from the bottom here. The ref stands the fighters back up. Jury Hamilton was stalling too much, according to the referee. Hamilton shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Kashka as he jumps to the side. Hamilton dives in and scores a takedown into Kashka's guard. Hamilton stays in close to Kashka's body and controls the position. Hamilton postures up.

It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground. Hamilton fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Kashka avoids it really well and circles away. Hesus Kashka has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Jury Hamilton. Excellent takedown into side control there by Hamilton. The referee asks Hamilton politely if he wouldn't mind getting on with it and actually doing something. Hamilton prefers to stall for the moment though. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Kashka tries to get back to half guard but can't. Hesus Kashka has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Hamilton is maintaining the dominant position - no doubt Kashka will start to get frustrated soon if he's not already.
And that's the end of the fight! Jury Hamilton comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Hamilton has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
