The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Curtez Silva fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Edmonds on the side of the head.
It looks like Jay Edmonds has been cut.
Curtez Silva lands a left and a right that send Edmonds crashing to the mat, dazed. Curtez Silva thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!
Edmonds is rocked!

Edmonds has Curtez Silva up against the cage in a clinch.
Oh Edmonds is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Curtez Silva breaks the clinch.
Curtez Silva circles away from the clinch attempt.
Edmonds seems to have got his legs back now.
Edmonds could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
Curtez Silva looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Curtez Silva drops Edmonds with a straight left! Oh this is bad for Edmonds! Curtez Silva dives in and starts dropping bombs - the referee has no choice but to step in and save him!
