Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Will Boulks (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and John Pope (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). John Pope will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
6 - 4 - 0, fighting out of London, Will Boulks! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
4 - 6 - 0, fighting out of London, John Pope! The judges for this bout are Steven Brown, Daniel Bishop and Sam Margolis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Pope tries to clinch up and Boulks counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by Boulks. The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up. Boulks slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard. Boulks connects with a couple of short punches. Boulks sitting in guard, not really doing much. Boulks lands a couple of decent looking shots. Pope not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Pope is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle. Boulks engaging in some classic timewasting tactics.
That's one minute gone in the round. Boulks slips nicely into half guard. Pope really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Boulks. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Pope wants to get back to full guard. Boulks controlling the pace. Nice strikes from Boulks there. Pope wants to get back to full guard. Pope trying to control but Boulks postures up.
Boulks is just sitting in half guard, waiting for something to happen. Boulks looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Boulks with a momentary lay and pray from half guard. The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily. Pope on the receiving end of some nice ground and pound. Boulks moves into full mount! Pope won't be happy about that! The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Pope wants to control but Boulks is having none of it. Pope tries to get back to half guard but can't.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Boulks landing strikes from the mount. Pope is desperately trying to get back to half guard.
Boulks takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though. Pope is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two. Pope defends a decent attempt at a guillotine from Boulks. Boulks has hold of Pope's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and Pope manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.
Boulks is giving the impression that he's looking to ground and pound but he switches suddenly into a beautiful far side armbar! Pope is forced to tap! Great finish!
