Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Ruslan Khabiibov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Leevi Tuikka (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Leevi Tuikka will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Johanna Lukiainen, Ben Zyskovitsi and Anni Minnemäki.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Khabiibov looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Tuikka shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Khabiibov as he avoids it easily.
Tuikka pushes Khabiibov away with a front kick.

Tuikka shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Khabiibov but Khabiibov pushes him off and we're back to square one.

Tuikka remains in side control and seems content to stay there. It's a versatile position from which he can work both strikes and submissions, whilst maintaining that control, so maybe he'll sit here for a while.

It looks like Tuikka might be adopting somewhat of a lay and pray gameplan here, which I'm sure won't go down too well with the paying fans in attendance... Or the ring announcers come to think of it.

Khabiibov might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
Tuikka looking to break Khabiibov's wrist control so he can sink in the choke. Khabiibov remaining controlled and patient though - he really has to keep calm otherwise Tuikka will wrap this one up with the rear naked choke!

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.

So, who will make the next big move? In this position it could be crucial.

Well Tuikka has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
