Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Ronald Rousey (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Pele St Pierre (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Ronald Rousey! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Pele St Pierre! The judges for this bout are Alec Ball, Yves DeLean and Dillan Fox.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! St Pierre looks for a takedown but Rousey sprawls well. St Pierre throws a sloppy head kick and Rousey moves out of range easily. St Pierre stuffs the takedown. A looping hook to the body misses from Rousey. St Pierre does a little dance to reset his feet. St Pierre pushes Rousey up against the cage in a clinch. St Pierre taking a breather. St Pierre pulls guard. St Pierre looking to control the pace of the fight rather than finish it. Rousey trying to control but St Pierre is working from the bottom. St Pierre manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!

That's one minute gone in the round. St Pierre tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position. St Pierre manages to capitalize on a mistake by Rousey to take his back! The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. St Pierre keeps control of the position easily here as Rousey tries to buck him off.
Rousey is defending well here and trying to improve his position.

That's two minutes gone in the round. St Pierre has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Rousey can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself. Rousey throwing strikes from guard but St Pierre blocks nicely. St Pierre is trying to keep Rousey in close.
Rousey trying to control the position from guard on top but St Pierre is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Rousey trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet.

A real slowdown in the pace of the fight for a moment, as St Pierre holds on and takes a little breather. Rousey wants to pass the guard but St Pierre is keeping the position. Rousey trying to control but St Pierre is working from the bottom. St Pierre looking to sweep here. No luck so far. Rousey drops back looking for a leg! St Pierre is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and St Pierre manages to kick Rousey off! Rousey jumps back into St Pierre's guard. St Pierre trying to control the position.
St Pierre seems keen to control rather than go for a submission, at least for now.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up. Rousey misses the shot to the body. St Pierre throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd. Rousey gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard. Rousey working for a triangle but St Pierre defends it easily.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Rousey bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in St Pierre's guard. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Pele St Pierre dominated that round. That's time! Back to the action!
Rousey misses with a telegraphed body shot
and St Pierre decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Rousey's guard. Rousey wants to sweep here but St Pierre controlling him for the moment. St Pierre got a little sloppy there for a moment and Rousey has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, St Pierre has managed to get both his arms back between Rousey's legs - danger averted. Rousey lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for St Pierre! St Pierre really trying hard to get back to half guard here.
Rousey avoids the attempt from St Pierre to control. Rousey trying to control but St Pierre is having none of it. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Rousey throws some wild stikes that St Pierre manages to avoid easily.
That's one minute gone in the round. Rousey jumps to side control looking for an arm triangle but St Pierre manages to avoid the submission attempt. Rousey swings around for an armbar but St Pierre sees it coming a mile off and turns beautifully into Rousey's guard. Rousey is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. St Pierre stands up and waves to Rousey to follow him. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. St Pierre feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

St Pierre's corner are shouting for him to control the position and he seems happy to oblige. The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work. The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
The ref stands the fighters back up. Pele St Pierre was stalling too much, according to the referee. Rousey misses with a leg kick. Pele St Pierre is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Rousey misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from St Pierre.
That's three minutes gone in the round. St Pierre is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Rousey's half guard. Rousey is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though. Rousey is working hard here to advance position. St Pierre looking to pass the half guard. Not this time. Rousey wants to sweep but St Pierre has passed to side control! St Pierre is moving around in side control but his primary objective seems to be to maintain the position.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Rousey is trying to get back to half guard. He's pushing on St Pierre's leg. He's managed it. Nice work. St Pierre stands up from half guard. St Pierre shoots in and drives through. Rousey sprawls well. Pele St Pierre seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Rousey fails with a takedown attempt. St Pierre misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Pele St Pierre showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business. This is the final round!

That's going to take a lot out of him. Rousey misses with a shot to the body and St Pierre counters with a head kick. That will keep Rousey thinking before he tries any more sloppy attacks! St Pierre lands a head kick!

That's one minute gone in the round. St Pierre tries for a takedown but Rousey sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily. St Pierre tries to close the distance and clinch up but Rousey swats him away and circles back towards the center. Rousey is looking to wear down St Pierre with body shots, infact he's throwing more body shots than head shots at the moment. St Pierre bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control. Rousey manages to land a sweep and he's now on top! Lovely Jiu Jitsu! Rousey not landing any meaningful shots this time. St Pierre wants to control but Rousey is keeping busy.
St Pierre tries to roll over but Rousey keeps him under control. St Pierre takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired. St Pierre is pressing down on Rousey's left leg trying to get back to full guard. He's managed it.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Rousey wants to control from the top but St Pierre keeps moving. Rousey tries to free his leg and advance position but St Pierre is retaining full guard. Rousey throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as St Pierre works some decent striking defense from the bottom. St Pierre keeping full guard, as Rousey tries to pass. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! St Pierre tries to strike from the bottom.
Rousey advances position into side control! Rousey tries to advance position but instead St Pierre slips a leg back in to half guard.
That's three minutes gone in the round. St Pierre works his way to full guard. Good work. St Pierre pulls Rousey in to control the position. Rousey scoring with punches to the head and body. St Pierre is doing well to control the posture of his opponent and prevent any damage. Rousey wants to control from the top but St Pierre keeps moving. Rousey is really struggling to control St Pierre but he's trying to hold on to the position. Rousey with a flurry of punches that miss.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Rousey won't allow St Pierre to sweep him here. Rousey tries to free his leg and advance position but St Pierre is retaining full guard.
Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up. St Pierre misses with a series of wild punches.
Ronald Rousey has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! St Pierre clinches up against the cage. Rousey is looking to control St Pierre's arms but St Pierre gets an underhook and turns him. Now Rousey has his back to the cage. St Pierre is pushing Rousey up against the cage, for a bit of lean and pray action. Action being used the in the loosest possible sense of the word. Rousey tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. St Pierre smiles and moves away.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. St Pierre shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Rousey sprawls well. Rousey wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. St Pierre gets slowly back to his feet.
And that's the end of the fight! Pele St Pierre comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well St Pierre has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
