The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jab by Chandler.
Chandler throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Faber was covering up waiting for the punch and Chandler finishes the takedown easily into guard.
Chandler postures up in Faber's guard and throws a big left but Faber blocks it.
Chandler slips nicely into half guard.
Faber wants to get back to full guard.
Faber is persisting with the attempt to improve his position.

Faber drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and Chandler dives on top into guard.
