Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
2 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Bastian Nokia! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Peter Jacobs! The judges for this bout are Stewart Dunkirk, Frank Dennis and George Francis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Jacobs tries to clinch up. Jacobs misses with a double jab.

A punch combination from Jacobs misses. Jacobs throws out a powerful jab. Jacobs doesn't manage to clinch there - Nokia circles away.
Jacobs throws a right and a left that Nokia avoids nicely. Jacobs pushes forward with a 1-2 combination that forces Nokia back to the cage. Jacobs follows up with a solid lead hook to the liver. Jab, cross, leg kick. Nice combination by Jacobs!
Nokia is rocked! Jacobs tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. Nokia manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat. Oh Nokia is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! A head kick misses from Jacobs. Jacobs looks to clinch and Nokia counters with a shoot takedown. Jacobs fights it but they end up in guard. Nokia seems to have got his legs back now. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up. Jacobs looks to be working for a triangle here. Oh, it looks like he might have it! Nokia has picked Jacobs up and slammed him! Jacobs can't keep hold of the triangle and Nokia manages to pass to side control! Nokia really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape. Nokia tries to cartwheel into mount but he doesn't manage it.
That's one minute gone in the round. Jacobs tries to slip a leg under to move to half guard but Nokia presses down on the leg and jumps into full mount! Jacobs squirming around on the bottom, looking to escape.
Jacobs is writhing around trying to get back to his feet.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. Jacobs is trying to stand up. Jacobs is squirming around, avoiding Nokia's attempts to control the action. Jacobs is trying desperately to improve position. Jacobs's corner are shouting for him to stand up but that's bad cornering - how is he meant to stand up when he's mounted? He should be looking to improve his position on the ground before trying to stand back up.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Jacobs manages to regain half guard. Good work. Nokia takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position.
Bastian Nokia has forced the referee to step in and bring the fight back to the feet. Jacobs throws a series of punches but Nokia moves out of range. Jacobs fails with an attempt to clinch.

and Nokia counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by Nokia. Jacobs can't keep his opponent in guard - Nokia advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount. Nokia wants to free his trapped foot but Jacobs is holding on for dear life with his legs. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Jacobs has one foot on Nokia's thigh - he pushes off and manages to get back to his feet. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Peter Jacobs seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Nokia has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him. Jacobs misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Jacobs had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Nokia defends it easily.

Jacobs is looking to stand up but Nokia isn't so interested in that idea.
OK we're going to have a standup here. Peter Jacobs hasn't been effective enough on the ground and the referee wants a restart. Nokia moves out of range of the leg kick from Jacobs. Jacobs tries to clinch up. Jacobs closes the distance but Nokia moves to the side and Nokia counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Jacobs's guard now. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Jacobs wants to control but instead he gets his guard passed and Nokia is now in half guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Jacobs wants to get back to his feet. Jacobs is pressing down on Nokia's left leg trying to get back to full guard. He's managed it. Jacobs pushes Nokia off for just long enough to get back to his feet. Very athletic spring there. Peter Jacobs seems to be getting the better of the standup. Jacobs lands a nice shot to the body.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Jacobs lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Nokia has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Nokia and we're back underway with a touch of gloves. Jacobs tries a low kick but Nokia avoids it. Jacobs throws a leg kick but Nokia sees it coming and moves out of range. Jacobs throws a hard body shot but it just misses.

That's four minutes gone in the round. Nokia tries to move into full mount but can't pass Jacobs's legs. Nokia is moving around in side control but his primary objective seems to be to maintain the position. Nokia trying to control the position but Jacobs is working away.
And that's the end of the fight! I would just about give that final round to Peter Jacobs. I've got Jacobs winning every round here. Surely the decision will go his way and he'll pick up a well deserved decision victory. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
