Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Shaslik Styless (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Janathan Ho (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Janathan Ho will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 2 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Taro Takaoka, Ren Mimura and Yukihiro Yamamoto.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Styless.
Ho has a takedown stuffed.
Ho fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Styless has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.
A looping hook to the body misses from Ho. Styless does a little dance to reset his feet.

Styless gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Ho to score an easy takedown into full guard.
If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup.
Styless is trying to keep Ho in close.
Styless keeping moving, preventing Ho from controlling successfully.

Styless is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Ho defends well.

Ho trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat.

Styless has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Ho can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
Ho wants to pass the guard but Styless is keeping the position.

Ho is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control.

Ho avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
Styless is trying to control the position but Ho postures up.

Styless manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Ho manages to get himself to full guard.

Styless wants to take a breather but Ho is having none of it.

Styless is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there.
Ho is looking for a sweep. Styless is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.

Styless has hold of the far side arm. He's working for the Kimura, can Ho defend it? Styless steps over the head and cranks it - Ho is tapping out! That was textbook stuff right there - nice submission victory for Styless!
