Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.

The judges for this bout are Daniel Franklin, Stewart Dunkirk and Tiny Johnson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Acker doesn't manage to clinch there - Thompson circles away.

Thompson fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done.
Thompson avoids the clinch attempt nicely.

Thompson wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
Horrible takedown by Acker or perhaps it was just good defense by Thompson which made him look bad.

Thompson looks to land a combination. Acker sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots.

With the fighters clinched against the cage, Thompson creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.
Acker doesn't land with the attempted body shot.

Thompson is trying to break the clinch but Acker has him pressed against the cage.

Thompson lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.

Acker is rocked!
Acker takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.

Acker is still on wobbly legs! Can Thompson finish him?
Thompson connects with a jab, followed by a picture perfect straight right that sends Acker to the canvas, out cold! What a finish by Thompson!
