Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Mario Fry (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Scott Zalesky (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

9 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Scott Zalesky!
The judges for this bout are Josh West, Jeff Smith and Ryoma Takatsuka.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Fry misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Zalesky.
Fry tries to land a leg kick but Zalesky saw it coming and moves away.
Fry fakes the leg kick and cracks Zalesky in the body.
Zalesky with a hook.
Good leg kick by Fry there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
Zalesky looks winded!
An inside leg kick lands from Fry.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Fry cracks Zalesky with an open hand slap.
It looks like Scott Zalesky has been cut.
Fry lands a big head kick that sends Zalesky tumbling to the mat! Fry takes a step backwards and waves Zalesky back to his feet - he wants the finish!
Zalesky is rocked!
Fry throws a powerful right kick. Zalesky tried to block low but the kick was high! Zalesky was taken right off of his feet! Fry jumps in to finish the job and the ref tackles him! The fight is over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:26 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Head Kick). Mario Fry!
After winning the bout, Mario Fry thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
