Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of

4 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Felipe Copello! The judges for this bout are Alan Glass, Stewart Dunkirk and George Francis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Hatt looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Copello is fending him off so far but Hatt persists. Nope, Copello circles away and we're back to standing. Hatt swings for the body but Copello moves out of range.
Copello throws a right and a left that Hatt avoids nicely. Hatt lands a nice shot that snaps Copello's head back.
Hatt fails with a takedown attempt. Hatt shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Copello's guard. The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet. Hatt is looking to work some ground and pound but Copello has wrist control. The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Hatt throws the left hand but Copello avoids the punch easily.

That's going to take a lot out of him. Copello fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Hatt, pushing him back against the cage. Copello lands a shoulder strike. Copello effectively controlling the action here. Copello continues to stall. The referee tells him to work or he's going to break them up. Hatt is clearly stalling here... Pick up the pace son.

Hatt bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control. Hatt working the ground and pound but Copello is defending the strikes. Hatt cracks Copello with a big right hand but Copello just smiles back at him and invites him to have another go.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Hatt throwing ground and pound but whilst doing so, he forgets to control position and Copello works his way back to half guard. Good composure under pressure. Hatt throws a strike but Copello avoids it easily and moves to full guard. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Hatt throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man. Hatt not throwing his punches with enough precision this time. Hatt tries to grapple but his opponent circles and Copello counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Hatt looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Copello is fending him off so far but Hatt persists. Nope, Copello circles away and we're back to standing. Copello sprawls well. Copello looks to score with a combo but nothing lands. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. That was a close second round but I would say that Brett Hatt will probably get the nod. That's time! Hatt's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight. Let's hear some noise people - this is the final round!

Hatt gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily and Copello connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Copello lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Hatt circles away quickly and effectively. Hatt misses with a left hand and Copello counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw. Hatt finds nothing but air with that leg kick attempt.

Both fighters are breathing heavily. Copello cracks Hatt's jaw with two stiff jabs then ducks low and throws a soul-severing right uppercut to the mouth!! Hatt slumps to the ground with blood on his lips. The referee steps in before Copello can do further damage! This one is done, son!
