Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Hamid Norouzi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Rafael Almeida (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Norouzi kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Amantu Billah - Nasheed. The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Almeida tries to grapple but his opponent circles
and Norouzi holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch.
Almeida working hard to break the clinch.
Almeida pulls guard successfully.
Norouzi throws a big elbow that misses.
Almeida is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.
Almeida manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!
Norouzi tries to reverse the position but Almeida maintains control.
Norouzi wants to control but Almeida is having none of it.
