Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Lopez gets in close and instigates a clinch.
Small has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate.
Small on the defensive, avoiding the knees to the body.
Small wants to break free. God knows he wants to breaaaak freeee.
Small drops down looking for an ankle pick but Lopez pulls his leg out and moves away.
Small with a lazy takedown attempt
and Lopez finishes the little exchange by landing a big kick to the body.
Small tries for a takedown but Lopez sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Alfonso Lopez has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Mr Small.
Lopez throws a quick inside leg kick.
Lopez moves into range and connects with a jab.
Small fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Lopez avoids it really well and circles away.
Small closes this distance looking for a takedown but Lopez circles away.
Small takes a shot to the body in his stride.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Small misses with a takedown attempt - Lopez sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
Small looks winded!
Small on the wrong end of a kick to the body.
Good leg kick by Lopez there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.

Lopez fakes a jab and scores with a low kick.
Small takes one to the side of the head.
Lopez sizes up Small with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle.
Small misses with a takedown attempt
and Lopez counters with a leg kick that reverborates around the arena.
Nice uppercut there from Lopez.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Lopez comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
A combination from Lopez does no damage.
Lopez lands with a thumping leg kick.
Small takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.
Small shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Lopez sprawls well. Lopez wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Small gets slowly back to his feet.
Lopez thuds his right hand into Small's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.

It looks like Mr Small has been cut.
Lopez chopping away at his opponent's legs.
Small looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Lopez is fending him off so far but Small persists. Nope, Lopez circles away and we're back to standing.
Mr Small seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Small walks into a left hand.

That's two minutes gone in the round.

Lopez lands a big head kick that sends Small tumbling to the mat! Lopez takes a step backwards and waves Small back to his feet - he wants the finish!

Small is rocked!
Small gets caught by a big overhand right and goes down! Lopez gets on top of him and starts throwing some serious punches until the ref intervenes and stops the fight!
