Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Chris Edwards, Andrew Berry and James Glass.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Idba looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
oMalley clinches.
Idba goes for a takedown in the clinch but oMalley prevents it.
oMalley escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Jacob oMalley seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
oMalley leaves Idba with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Jacob oMalley has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Amin Idba.

oMalley stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Idba swivels though and keeps the full guard.

oMalley tries to stand but Idba is controlling from the bottom.
oMalley loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry.

oMalley has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
Idba is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. oMalley is aware though and is defending well.

Idba tries to score a power double leg takedown but oMalley sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Idba somewhat.

Idba stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Idba wants it to stay on the feet.

oMalley tries to clinch but Idba is having none of it.

Idba changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. oMalley tries to avoid it but Idba manages to keep hold of a leg and drag oMalley to the ground. oMalley escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

oMalley throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Idba was covering up waiting for the punch and oMalley finishes the takedown easily into guard.

Idba is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.
Idba might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control oMalley kaven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time.

oMalley scores with a head kick. Idba tried to block it but didn't get his arm up in time.
oMalley throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Idba's waist but Idba gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing oMalley off to one side.
oMalley tries to bum rush Idba with a series of wild strikes but Idba uses good footwork to avoid the assault.

Idba fakes the leg kick and cracks oMalley in the body.
Idba shoots in and drives through. oMalley sprawls well.
oMalley throws a head kick that Idba semi-blocks.
Idba circles away from the clinch attempt.
oMalley shoots in for a takedown but Idba shows good takedown defense.
oMalley gets tackled into the cage by Idba. Idba maintains the clinch.
Idba jumps guard but oMalley turns him against the cage and keeps the fight standing.
