Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Mr Steel Penn (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jarek Oddlaytin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Oddlaytin tried to score with a low kick but Steel Penn checks it.

Oddlaytin feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Steel Penn wants to sweep here but Oddlaytin controlling him for the moment.
Oddlaytin lands a couple of decent looking shots.

Oddlaytin stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Steel Penn swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Steel Penn has thrown up a leg looking for a triangle. Oddlaytin doesn't defend quickly enough and Steel Penn has managed to lock this one up! Can Oddlaytin escape?! NO! He's tapping out! Damn, that was a quick submission - congrats to Steel Penn on a fantastic submission victory.
