Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Bob Max (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Butt Head (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Butt Head acknowledges the crowd's support as he enters the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Bob Max! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Butt Head! The judges for this bout are Marco Blurström, Anni Minnemäki and Johanna Lukiainen.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Max shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Head pinned against the cage. Head gets the underhooks and manages to circle away. Max shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Head's guard. Head has butterfly guard. He's looking to stand up here. He pushes Max off him and springs to his feet nicely. The crowd applauds. Head closes the distance and clinches. Head throws a knee to the head but misses.
A right handed body shot lands from Head.
Head pushes off an throws an elbow but Max leans to the side and avoids it. We're back to clinching against the cage. Head tries to land knees in the clinch but Max avoids the damage to the body. Head's corner are urging him to control the action in the clinch for a moment, rather than mount any serious offense. I'm sure the crowd appreciate those instructions... not. Max is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Head pulls him back up using the underhooks. Head misses with an elbow over the top. With the fighters up against the cage, Head throws an elbow but misses. Max tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Head smiles and moves away.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Bob Max. That's going to take a lot out of him. Max shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Head as he jumps to the side. Max closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Head to the mat! Head manages to get full guard. Head can't keep his opponent in guard - Max advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount. Head is looking to improve his position.
That's one minute gone in the round. Max seems to be looking for submissions.
Head really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Max. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Max is breathing heavily. Max trying to pass the guard but Head defending well. Max is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there. Head pushes Max off looking to stand but Max dives back in and keeps control.
Max is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Head doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Max. The fighters are battling for position here. Head manages to regain full guard. Nice work. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. Head looking to sweep here. No luck so far. We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Head can do anything to dispel that myth. Head looking to control the pace of the fight rather than finish it. Max tries to free his leg and advance position but Head is retaining full guard. Head wants to sweep but no luck. Max drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Head manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Max has Head in his guard. Head avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Head has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Max is proving hard to escape from. Max has thrown up a leg looking for a triangle. Head doesn't defend quickly enough and Max has managed to lock this one up! Can Head escape?! NO! He's tapping out! Damn, that was a quick submission - congrats to Max on a fantastic submission victory.
