The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Batchelor throws a solid leg kick but Rogan takes the impact on his shin and smiles at Batchelor.

Rogan throws a lazy right hand but Batchelor sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Rogan tries to clinch up but Batchelor circles away and keeps his distance.
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Batchelor, as that shot connected.
Batchelor throws a head kick but Rogan moves out of range.
Batchelor throws a quick head kick that skims the top of Rogan's head.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.

Batchelor tries to land a front kick but Rogan steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed.

It looks like Joe Rogan has been cut.
Batchelor fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Rogan has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Batchelor comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
Batchelor uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Rogan has time to react.

Rogan is rocked!
Batchelor pounces like a tiger and cracks Rogan with a vicious hook! Rogan is down but not out! Batchelor follows up with more strikes forcing the ref to jump in and stop it!
