Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Lukasz Korczynski (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Brutus Zenkowski (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Korczynski is trying hard to land a takedown here. Zenkowski sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet. Korczynski blocks a leg kick. Zenkowski moves into range and connects with a jab. Zenkowski fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Korczynski manages to avoid it. Korczynski shoots in looking for a takedown but Zenkowski manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Korczynski's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away. Zenkowski throws a lazy right hand but Korczynski sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily. Korczynski blocks a jab. Zenkowski cracks Korczynski with a good jab. Some wild striking there from Korczynski.

Korczynski looks to clinch and Zenkowski makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range. Korczynski takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.

That's five minutes gone in the round. Korczynski throws some wild stikes that Zenkowski manages to avoid easily.
Korczynski wants to finish this one by submission but Zenkowski is holding onto his waist, trying to prevent any attacks from Korczynski. Korczynski has hold of Zenkowski's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and Zenkowski manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.

Korczynski postures up a little and throws a couple of hammerfists but they don't connect properly.

It looks like he's clearing his nose. Oh dude! He's shot a load of snot all down Zenkowski's shoulder. That is not cool. Korczynski is looking to take a break and control but Zenkowski is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. Zenkowski is putting a lot of effort into getting back to his feet here.
