Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Grigoriev Maxim (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mahdi Makungu (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Maxim comes to the cage accompanied by Dolphin feat Stella - Eyes. Makungu has chosen Nelly - Heart of a Champion as his entrance music. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
24 - 14 - 1, fighting out of Helsinki, Mahdi Makungu!
The judges for this bout are Ben Zyskovitsi, Arvi Lind and Anni Minnemäki.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Makungu slaps away a takedown attempt from Maxim, before circling back to the center of the mat.
Maxim throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Makungu's waist but Makungu gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Maxim off to one side.
Makungu lands with a nice body punch.
A lazy left from Makungu finds it's target.
Maxim shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Grigoriev Maxim. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Makungu slaps away a takedown attempt from Maxim, before circling back to the center of the mat.
Maxim fails to land the takedown.
Good exchange - Makungu coming out on top.
Makungu thuds a left hand into Maxim's body.
Grigoriev Maxim seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Maxim shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Makungu cracks a nice hook into Maxim's ribs.
Makungu throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Maxim stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Makungu lands a nice shot to the body.
Maxim is breathing heavily.
Makungu connects with a hook to the side of his opponent's head.
It looks like Grigoriev Maxim has been cut.
Maxim misses with a takedown attempt - Makungu sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
Makungu throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.
That's one minute gone in the round.

Makungu takes the fight into the clinch.

Makungu gets control of Maxim's arms and successfully pulls guard. Makungu will no doubt be looking for submissions off his back.
Makungu has managed to work for a loose triangle. I think Maxim should be able to defend this one pretty easily though. Oh, Makungu has tightened it up now! Maxim should have reacted faster there - he's in big trouble and yes, he's tapped out! This one is all over!

Mahdi Makungu gave a mention to Undead clothing. All items 10$ in his post fight interview. That will please them (and hopefully generate some sales).
