Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Carlos Quintana (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Rinky Spider (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Quintana chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Spider can pounce on him.
Spider swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Quintana misses with the combination.
Quintana throws a low kick but Spider avoids it.
Quintana misses with an uppercut. Spider saw that one coming.
Quintana misses with a lunging right hand
and Spider counters with a head kick. That will keep Quintana thinking before he tries any more sloppy attacks!
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Quintana will need to close the distance a bit before he attacks - that leg kick was thrown from too far away.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

After winning the bout, Rinky Spider thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
