Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Valdemes misses with a takedown
and Brown counters by clinching up.
Brown jumps guard.
The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet.
Valdemes drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and Brown dives on top into guard.
Valdemes looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
Brown got a little sloppy there for a moment and Valdemes has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Brown has managed to get both his arms back between Valdemes's legs - danger averted.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Valdemes keeping moving, preventing Brown from controlling successfully.
The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.
Valdemes working for a triangle but Brown defends it easily.
Brown trying to control but Valdemes is working from the bottom.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Brown is in a good position here but he's just trying to control... And he's not even managing to do that successfully.
Valdemes throwing his legs up looking for a triangle.
The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves.
Valdemes is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Brown defends well.
Brown is trying to tuck his arms in to keep them safe but Valdemes has managed to isolate one of them and has got a loose triangle. Brown is looking to defend but Valdemes has done well to lock his legs together - this could be big trouble for Brown! Valdemes pulls down on the head and a little smile comes across his face - he knows he's got it. Yep, Brown taps out and this one is all over!
