Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Bret Hill (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Edilberto Nestuta (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Hill comes to the cage accompanied by Wanted Dead Or Alive by Bon Jovi. The crowd seem to be enjoying Nestuta's choice of entrance music: Friday - Rebecca Black. Edilberto Nestuta will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.

The judges for this bout are Bruno Lombardi, John Roberts and Alyssa Summers.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hill throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Hill looks to score with a jab to the body but Nestuta is just out of range.
Nestuta rushes Hill and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.
With the two fighters working up against the cage, Nestuta just misses with a elbow thrown towards Hill's brow.
A nice glancing elbow lands by Nestuta.
It looks like Bret Hill has been cut.
A short right from Hill on the inside.
Nestuta lands an elbow just above Hill 's eye.
Hill tries to pull guard but Nestuta forces him back to his feet, against the cage.
Nestuta gets an overhook and lands an elbow to the side of the head.
Hill goes for a takedown in the clinch but Nestuta prevents it.
Hill struggles to land a body shot inside as Nestuta controls his hands.

That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Bret Hill. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Nestuta lands a right hand that snaps the head of Hill backwards.

Hill drops down for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Hill gets the body lock takedown. After a quick scramble, Nestuta regains guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

OK we're going to have a standup here. Edilberto Nestuta hasn't been effective enough on the ground and the referee wants a restart.

Nestuta is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.

Hill has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Nestuta avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch.

Hill thows some rabbit punches from the bottom but they don't do any damage.

Hill throws a lazy right hand but Nestuta sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.

Hill wants to take the fight to the mat but Nestuta manages to get underhooks and keep the fight in the clinch.

Nestuta scores with an uppercut up the middle.
Nestuta lands a knee to the head there! That was nasty!
Hill is breathing heavily.

This has been an exciting period of action!

Hill is rocked!
Nestuta has Hill pressed up against the cage in a tight Thai clinch. Hill is arching his back, trying to avoid the knees but a big one sneaks through from Nestuta - that's hurt Hill badly! Oh, another knee lands and Hill is covering up! The referee steps in to save him - possibly a bit early but Hill doesn't seem to be complaining.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:16 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Knees). Edilberto Nestuta!
