Montilo's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, No Easy Way Out. Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Montilo is trying to pull guard but being pressed up against the cage enables Steel Penn to keep the fight standing.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Steel Penn is not content to let Montilo control the position.

Montilo postures up a little and throws a couple of hammerfists but they don't connect properly.
Steel Penn dodges the ground and pound from Montilo.
Steel Penn is pushing Montilo's head away, looking to escape. Montilo manages to hold on to the position though.
Montilo has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
Montilo tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Montilo has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!

Montilo has worked his way into a potential kimura here. Steel Penn is trying to get out of the position but his squirming has just got him deeper into trouble. Montilo yanks on the arm and Steel Penn is forced to tap due to a very painful looking submission! Nice work by Montilo.
