Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jay Dubz (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ed Smith (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Jay Dubz! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Ed Smith! The judges for this bout are William Gold, Steven Brown and Colin Fotheringham.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Smith moves into range and clinches up with Dubz. Dubz is working hard here but doesn't seem to be able to control effectively, up against the cage. The two fighters are working to gain dominance in the clinch. The crowd are getting on Smith's back here. They're not happy about his lack of aggression in the clinch. Smith putting his Muay Thai to good use. He has Dubz in a tight clinch and is doing some damage with knees to the body. Smith has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics Dubz uses from the top position. The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up. Smith pushes Dubz off for just long enough to get back to his feet. Very athletic spring there. Jay Dubz seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Dubz lands the left hand. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Dubz fakes a jab and then connects with a hook.
That's one minute gone in the round. Smith is looking to clinch. Smith has taken the fight to the clinch.
Smith is working for takedown but Dubz is calmly controlling the position for now. Smith leaning against his opponent.
Smith changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Dubz fights it off and pushes away nicely.
Smith looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple. Smith gets cracked there but stands up to it.
Smith gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Dubz. This has been an exciting period of action! Dubz lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Smith at a distance.
Dubz changes levels and scores with a jab to the body. Smith looks winded! Dubz connects with a body shot. Dubz lands a glancing blow to the side of Smith's head. Dubz is using his reach advantage well here, landing the more effective single shots from range.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Dubz lands a big uppercut and Smith crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but Smith looks OK. Dubz waves Smith back to his feet!
Smith is rocked! Dubz throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd. Smith is still on wobbly legs! Can Dubz finish him? Dubz throws a pinpoint strike between Smith's hands that connects right on the jaw and sends Smith crashing to the floor! He's out before he even hits the mat and Dubz scores a great knockout victory!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:11 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Jay Dubz!
