Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Raymond Sams (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Eric Green (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Raymond Sams! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Eric Green! The judges for this bout are Paul Tew, James Ackerman and Steven Brown.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Sams gets a takedown into half guard. The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work. Well, if Sams is going to just lie there, perhaps we should talk about what we're having for dinner tonight… I'm having a ham and pineapple pizza… Yum. Can't wait.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Green wants to get back to full guard. Green trying to control here.
The referee calls for the fighters to work.
We're going to have a standup here because Raymond Sams wasn't active enough for the referee's liking. Green wants to clinch but Sams slips to the side and Sams counters with a shoot takedown. Green fights it but they end up in guard. This has been an exciting period of action! Sams advances position into side control!
That's one minute gone in the round. Sams happy to just control the position for now. Green looks winded! Sams has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent. Green struggling a bit here. Sams thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead. Sams is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Green has escaped the position, nice work there.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Sams passes to full mount! That's big trouble for Green! Sams lands a big elbow. Sams tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position. Sams wants to finish this one by submission but Green is holding onto his waist, trying to prevent any attacks from Sams. Sams cracks Green with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Green tries to lock up and control but Sams gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away. Green really trying hard to get back to half guard here.
Sams tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position. Sams prevents Green from getting the reversal. Green flailing away with punches but nothing is landing.
Sams lands a couple of nice shots there from mount.
Green takes a big shot to the head but keeps on trying to improve his position.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Sams looking to control and managing it successfully. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Sams lands a heavy elbow. The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Sams cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Sams looks like he's working for a submission but he's not found anything just yet. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Sams landing strikes, looking to finish! And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Sams feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position. Sams postures up and scores with a shot to the body and a follow up elbow to the head. Sams working from the guard for now, landing some ground and pound. Sams lands a couple of decent looking shots. Sams is working the ground and pound from guard. He might want to try advancing position though to get more of an impact. Sams controlling from the top position. Sams wants to stand but Green has a closed guard, so he can't escape. Sams advances to half guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Sams performing his best blanket impression for a moment. Sams working over Green with some ground and pound. Green looks like he wants out of this position, which is understandable. Green is breathing heavily. Green with the active half guard here but Sams passes nicely into side control. Green tries to improve position but can't. Sams taking a breather here. Sams is working Green over with some ground and pound from side control.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Green is working to avoid the ground and pound but Sams connects with a decent elbow. Sams advances to mount. Green is trying to get back to his feet but can't. Sams sitting in mount, just looking to control for the moment. Sams's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Green is desperately trying to get back to half guard.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Sams controlling from mount. Sams lands a nice shot to the head. Raymond Sams overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. Sams sitting in mount, just looking to control for the moment.

Raymond Sams dominated that second round. That's time! Sams's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight. This is the final round!
Sams moves out of range of the body kick. Green takes a jab right on the kisser.
Green stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Green wants it to stay on the feet. Sams scores with a takedown into Green's guard. Sams is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions. Sams postures up and lands some nice ground and pound.
That's one minute gone in the round. Sams wants to stand but Green is controlling his posture from full guard. Green takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired. Sams slips effortlessly into side control - very nice. Sams working the body and head with strikes. Sams controlling the position from side mount. Green wants to escape from the position here - easier said than done!
That's two minutes gone in the round. Green seems a little lost for a moment, as Sams dominates the positioning. Sams seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Green for as long as he can get away with. Sams landing a few strikes.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Sams scoring with punches from side control. Sams controlling from side mount. Green is trying to get back to half guard. Sams controls the position from side control. Green looks to move to half guard but instead Sams has passed into mount! Damn!
That's four minutes gone in the round. Sams is looking to stand but Sams has his arms wrapped tightly around him, looking to prevent the damage.

And that's the end of the fight! Raymond Sams showed his dominance in that final round. Well Sams has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
