The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Williams Jr shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Johanson sprawls well. Johanson wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Williams Jr gets slowly back to his feet.

and Johanson counters with a series of strikes. Williams Jr will be more careful next time no doubt.

Williams Jr lands a big shot there that rocks Johanson but he's holding on and managing to survive for now.

Williams Jr postures up and connects with a big shot that has rocked Johanson badly. He's trying desperately to grab hold of Williams Jr around the waist but Williams Jr pushes him off and unloads with more strikes, forcing the referee to jump in and save him! Williams Jr is the winner by TKO! Williams Jr jumps onto the cage and shouts into the camera. "We did it momma!"

Kendall Williams Jr decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
