The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
yy shoots in and gets a takedown into Hendriks's guard.
It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup.
yy looking to control the position here, rather than advance.
yy got a little sloppy there for a moment and Hendriks has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, yy has managed to get both his arms back between Hendriks's legs - danger averted.
yy drops back looking for a leg! Hendriks is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Hendriks manages to kick yy off! yy jumps back into Hendriks's guard.
Hendriks keeping moving, preventing yy from controlling successfully.
yy is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.
Hendriks lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for yy!
Hendriks can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as yy is looking to escape.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

BOOM! Hendriks connects with a massive shot to the dome!
Hendriks lands with some vicious ground and pound - can yy hang on?
Hendriks looking to control but yy is working nicely, looking to advance position himself.

yy is looking for a sweep. Hendriks is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.

Hendriks trying to control the position from guard on top but yy is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
yy had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Hendriks defends it easily.

yy looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.

yy has his foot on Hendriks's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Hendriks works his way back into a safe position though.
Hendriks decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Come on yy, up you get!
Hendriks looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into side control! Oh, that's bad for yy!

Hendriks is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but yy is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.
Hendriks looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything.

yy is looking to regain half guard here but Hendriks keeps moving and retains side control.
Hendriks trying to control the action but yy is working from the bottom.
yy manages to get back to half guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Hendriks wants to pass to mount but yy is defending the position.
Hendriks is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and yy defends it well.
Hendriks is breathing heavily.
yy looking for submissions off his back.

yy is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Hendriks's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Hendriks's back!
Hendriks is staying cool under pressure, defending well against the rear naked choke attempt from his opponent.
