The judges for this bout are Colin Fotheringham, Sam Margolis and James Atkins.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mancine thumps Cpw with a low kick.
Mancine throws out a loose jab but Cpw uses good head movement to avoid it.
Mancine throws a head kick but Cpw moves out of range.
Cpw takes a shot to the nose. Hopefully that hasn't broken it.
Mancine looks for a takedown but Cpw sprawls well.
Mancine throws a sloppy head kick and Cpw moves out of range easily.

Mancine lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw.

Mancine closes the distance and clinches up with Cpw, looking for a takedown. Mancine pushes Cpw against the cage but Cpw circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Mancine throws a solid leg kick but Cpw takes the impact on his shin and smiles at Mancine.

Mancine throws a shot from downtown. Cpw moves away and avoids it.
Mancine throws a body kick that sends a sickening thudding noise reverberating around the arena.

Mancine throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Cpw stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
Cpw ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Mancine throws a leg kick but Cpw sees it coming and checks it nicely.

and Mancine counters into the clinch. Nicely done.

Cpw connects with a looping right hand.
Cpw is really head hunting here, hardly looking to strike to the body at all.
Mancine shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Cpw but Cpw pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Clinical Cpw has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Ray Mancine.
Mancine tries to close the distance and clinch up but Cpw swats him away and circles back towards the center.
This has been an exciting period of action!

Mancine fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Cpw looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
Cpw tries to clinch but Mancine moves out of range.
Cpw circles away from the clinch attempt.
Cpw throws a poor cross that misses
and Mancine counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Cpw thinking.
Mancine throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.
Mancine feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Cpws jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!

Cpw tries to check the leg kick but that clearly hurt him.
Mancine throws a hook but Cpw avoids it easily.
Cpw has Mancine up against the cage in a clinch.
Cpw pushes off an throws an elbow but Mancine leans to the side and avoids it. We're back to clinching against the cage.
Cpw lands with a quick shot inside that doesn't really do much damage.
Cpw blocks an uppercut.
Mancine gets control of Cpw's arms and successfully pulls guard. Mancine will no doubt be looking for submissions off his back.
Cpw is looking to stand up but Mancine won't let him.
Mancine manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!
Cpw really trying hard to get back to half guard here.
Mancine lands a couple of nice shots there from mount.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Mancine postures up and throws a couple of big shots that have Cpw in real trouble here! The ref calls for Cpw to improve his position which he doesn't do, so the referee has no choice but to end the fight due to the strikes!

Ray Mancine really struggled to get his t-shirt on before his hand was raised. Making sure that GTI - 1337 sponsors VERSUS logo gets some air time is pretty tricky when you're all sweaty.
