The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Semenov jabbing away but nothing is landing.

Smith swings around for an armbar but Semenov sees it coming a mile off and turns beautifully into Smith's guard.

Smith had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. Semenov is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. Smith Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take Semenov's back instead.

Horrible takedown by Semenov or perhaps it was just good defense by Smith which made him look bad.

Smith seems to be stalking Semenov here. He circles momentarily and then unleashes a devastatic head kick! Semenov drops like a stone, out cold! WOW! Are you kidding me!? What a knockout!
