Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Drizzt Do Urden (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Connor Jackson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Jackson comes into a darkened arena with his song building. face the pain kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Drizzt Do Urden! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Connor Jackson! The judges for this bout are Reed Andrews, Steve Montenegro and Eddie Farnsworth.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Jackson gets a clinch. Do Urden throws a head punch that misses. Jackson has dropped down and is looking to force the takedown but it's defended by Do Urden after a bit of a struggle. Jackson wants to break free. God knows he wants to breaaaak freeee. Jackson blocking some punches.
Jackson looking to stall.
Do Urden is looking to control Jackson's arms but Jackson gets an underhook and turns him. Now Do Urden has his back to the cage. Jackson has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Do Urden is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet. Do Urden looking to slow down the pace here. Do Urden misses with a body punch.
Do Urden is working hard here but doesn't seem to be able to control effectively, up against the cage. Jackson tries to land knees in the clinch but Do Urden avoids the damage to the body. Jackson is trying to pull guard but being pressed up against the cage enables Do Urden to keep the fight standing. Drizzt Do Urden has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Connor Jackson. Do Urden scores with a hook to the body. Do Urden swings wildly with an uppercut but Jackson uses good head movement to avoid it. Do Urden misses with a short punch on the inside.
That's one minute gone in the round. A nice right hand lands inside from Do Urden. Jackson is looking to take this one to the mat. Jackson wants to break free but Do Urden has control.
Jackson tries to pull guard but Do Urden forces him back to his feet, against the cage. Do Urden misses with a body punch.
Jackson's head jolts backwards as he takes an uppercut right on the button! Do Urden tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage. Do Urden misses with a punch to the body.
Jackson has double underhooks and is working for a body lock takedown. He's got it. The fighters land in half guard but Do Urden regains guard immediately. Do Urden is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Jackson stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Do Urden swivels though and keeps the full guard. Jackson controls from within his opponent's guard. Jackson won't allow Do Urden to sweep him here. Do Urden is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Jackson is aware though and is defending well. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Do Urden had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Jackson defends it easily. Do Urden looking to sweep here. No luck so far. Jackson controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Do Urden preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage. Jackson engaging in some classic timewasting tactics. Do Urden looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.

Jackson in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time. Do Urden is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Jackson keeping hold of Do Urden's head, controlling as best he can. Jackson wants to improve his position but Do Urden is controlling well.
Do Urden is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Jackson sees it coming and defends easily. Do Urden is trying to control the action in half guard but Jackson is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Do Urden is pressing down on Jackson's thigh, looking to free his foot. Jackson is holding on for now. Do Urden is working for a kimura but Jackson is defending it quite comfortably.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Drizzt Do Urden dominated that round. That's time! Back to the action!
Jackson fails to land the takedown. Do Urden moves out of range of the leg kick from Jackson. Do Urden works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance. Jackson moves out of range of the strikes. Do Urden takes a swing at Jackson's ribcage but misses. Jackson throws a head kick but Do Urden moves out of range.
Do Urden looks to score with a jab to the body but Jackson is just out of range. A left lands for Do Urden. Jackson tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Do Urden paws at him with a jab and circles away.
That's one minute gone in the round. Jackson ducks under a wild hook from Do Urden. Do Urden wants to clinch up but Jackson keeps it at a distance. Jackson shoots in but Do Urden avoids the takedown attempt easily. Connor Jackson is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Jackson closes this distance looking for a takedown but Do Urden circles away. Drizzt Do Urden has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Connor Jackson. Nice uppercut lands for Do Urden. That snapped Jackson's head back.
Excellent takedown into side control there by Jackson. Jackson is breathing heavily. Jackson has had enough of the ground for now and decides to stand. Do Urden throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Jackson is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Do Urden's half guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Do Urden is looking to control Jackson's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Do Urden avoid being mounted? Do Urden wants to improve his position but Jackson is controlling well.

Do Urden tries to get to full guard but Jackson has control of the leg. Jackson lands strikes from half guard. Do Urden looking for submissions off his back.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Jackson is looking for a kimura but Do Urden is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Jackson to get the leverage. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Jackson not landing any meaningful shots this time. Jackson with a momentary lay and pray from half guard. Do Urden gets back to full guard.
Do Urden is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Jackson is aware though and is defending well. Jackson is trying to tuck his arms in to keep them safe but Do Urden has managed to isolate one of them and has got a loose triangle. Jackson is looking to defend but Do Urden has done well to lock his legs together - this could be big trouble for Jackson! Do Urden pulls down on the head and a little smile comes across his face - he knows he's got it. Yep, Jackson taps out and this one is all over!
