Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Ice Man (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Schnee Wittchen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Man's entrance music is Lights Out. A fine choice. Wittchen is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Can't be touched. Schnee Wittchen has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
30 - 11 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Ice Man! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
15 - 7 - 1, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Schnee Wittchen! The judges for this bout are Seu Braga, Edson Gomes and Luis Engracia.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Wittchen misses with a kick to the body.
Man has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Wittchen. Wittchen looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple. Man rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Wittchen moves out of range and avoids them all easily. The fight stays on the outside here - Wittchen looks like he's thinking about clinching though. Man throws a lazy right hand but Wittchen sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily. Man takes a shot to the body in his stride.
Wittchen misses with a looping right. Wittchen avoids a lazy jab quite easily. Man jabs at Wittchen's body. Man throws a nice looking combination but Wittchen bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
That's one minute gone in the round. Man showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Wittchen.
Man misses with a double jab.
Wittchen throws a body punch but Man moves out of range. Man misses with a hook. Nice jab there from Man. Wittchen explodes with a nice body kick and back out of range. Nice work. Man misses with a straight left. Man misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Wittchen lands a leg kick that knocks Man off balance momentarily.
That's two minutes gone in the round. No joy there for Wittchen, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Man throws a poor cross that misses
and Wittchen counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Man thinking. Ice Man seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Wittchen takes one on the chin but keeps coming.
Man keeps the fight on the outside. Wittchen falls off balance throwing a combination
and Man counters with a left and a right that stings Wittchen. Man ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent. Wittchen looking to throw a kick but he's pulled out of it. A solid leg kick lands there for Wittchen.
Man connects with a looping right hand.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Man throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Wittchen slips under a jab. Wittchen throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Wittchen fails to land the takedown. Man lands a nice shot to the body.
Man misses with a straight left. Wittchen looks to land a combination. Man sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots. Wittchen misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Man lands with a cross to side of his opponent's head. Man throws a shot from downtown. Wittchen moves away and avoids it. Man lands a jab to the nose. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Man throws a series of punches but Wittchen moves out of range. Wittchen tries to clinch up. Man thuds a left hand into Wittchen's body. Man paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button. The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! A combination from Man does no damage. A cross from Man lands. Man is really peppering his opponent's head with punches. Wittchen closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Ice Man dominated that round. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.
Man misses with a double jab.
Man throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Man throws a hook but Wittchen blocks it. Wittchen uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Man. Wittchen fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Man, pushing him back against the cage. Man managing to block the knees to the body from Wittchen.
Wittchen avoiding damage.
Wittchen throws a vicious knee straight up the middle but Man blocks it with crossed arms. Wittchen tries to land a knee to the body but he is off balance and Man avoids it. Man tries to break free but Wittchen pushes him back against the cage.
That's one minute gone in the round. Stalling in the clinch from Man.
Man lands a takedown into guard.
Man passes into half guard. The referee calls for the fighters to work.
Man is looking for a kimura but Wittchen is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Man to get the leverage. Wittchen won't allow Man to pass to mount.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Man moves nicely into side control. Man tries to advance to mount but can't. Man landing with strikes to the head and body from side control. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! The referee tells the fighters to keep busy. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Wittchen is trying to get back to half guard. Wittchen really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Man. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Man tries to move into full mount but can't pass Wittchen's legs. We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Wittchen can do anything to dispel that myth. Wittchen is being controlled here. Man wants to lay and pray for a moment but Wittchen keeps working.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up, due to lack of activity on the part of Ice Man. Wittchen lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Man scores with a nice looking left hook and follows it up with an uppercut!
Man digs a good body shot into Wittchen's ribs. Man avoids the body shot from Wittchen.
Man tries to bum rush Wittchen with a series of wild strikes but Wittchen uses good footwork to avoid the assault. Man is using his reach advantage well here, landing the more effective single shots from range. Wittchen keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Man. Ice Man is winning the standup battle so far. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Man swats away the attempt to clinch by Wittchen. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Man shoots in but no luck this time. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Man throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Wittchen sees it coming and avoids it easily. Wittchen throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Wittchen thows a body shot but no joy. Wittchen throws a leg kick but Man sees it coming and moves out of range. Man uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Wittchen. Wittchen misses with a few strikes there.

Wittchen tries to score with a low kick but Man moves his leg out of the way. Wittchen shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Man eats them both and turns towards Wittchen to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo.
It looks like Ice Man has been cut.
That's one minute gone in the round. Man scores with a decent looking hook. Man connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt. Man misses the jab. Man throws out a powerful jab. A left lands for Man. Wittchen misses with a wild combination.
Man throws a poor cross that misses
and Wittchen counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw. Wittchen throws a sloppy head kick and Man moves out of range easily. Wittchen doesn't manage to clinch there - Man circles away.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Jab by Man. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Wittchen throws a series of punches but Man moves out of range. Man scores with a hook to the body. Wittchen takes a step back and tries to catch his breath. Man lands a big right hand that sends Wittchen crashing to the mat! Man stays standing though and waves Wittchen back to his feet!
Wittchen is rocked! Man misses with a jab, cross combination.
Wittchen is still on wobbly legs! Can Man finish him? A combination from Man does no damage. Man steps in with a hook that catches Wittchen right on the chin and knocks him to the floor! Man follows him down with more strikes and that's all she wrote! Wittchen looks absolutely devastated.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:38 of round 3, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Ice Man! Ice Man seemed lost for words in his post fight interview but he remembered to thank his fans and directed everyone to his website.
