The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Diaz shoots for a takedown but King saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Diaz looks for a takedown but King sprawls well.

Diaz changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. King looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.

Diaz decides to stand back up.

and Diaz counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by Diaz.

Diaz drops back for a leg here. A bit of a high risk move... He's looking for a kneebar by the looks of things. Now both of them are looking for submissions. Diaz seems to have locked his on tight now - King screams in pain and taps out furiously! It certainly was a high risk move but it's paid off for Diaz, as he picks up the win!
