The judges for this bout are Matheus Silva, Seu Braga and Daniel Cesar.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kutasinski fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Watanabe sprawls well initially but Kutasinski persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
Watanabe is trying to maintain the position but Kutasinski is very close to passing his half guard.
Kutasinski is scoring with some nice ground and pound from the dominant position.
Kutasinski drops an elbow to the side of Watanabe's head.
Kutasinski is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Watanabe doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Kutasinski.

Kutasinski is stalling here. Watanabe is in no mood to hang around though. He's locked up a kimura from the bottom! Kutasinski seems to be keeping calm but he's forced to roll out of the hold and Watanabe has ended up in side control on the top. Nice work.

A less than humble Stefan Kutasinski misjudged his post fight interview somewhat and came across a little too arrogant whilst trying to hype up his own abilities.
