Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Marco Blurström, Roosa Järviläinen and Johanna Lukiainen.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Georges manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Huikkonen on his heels. He'll look to pass Huikkonen's guard now, I'm sure.
Georges thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.

Georges tries to free his leg and advance position but Huikkonen is retaining full guard.
Huikkonen working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Georges doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Georges manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.
Georges is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.

Georges drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Georges jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
Huikkonen knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Georges on the ground.

Georges has gone for a leg lock! Huikkonen slips out almost immediately though and dives into Georges's guard.
Georges is working actively from the bottom, looking for submissions. He's escaped his hips to the side and he's going for an armbar! Huikkonen has his hands clasped together but Georges extends an breaks Huikkonen's desperate grasp, forcing a tap out due to armbar! Nice BJJ displayed there by Georges.

A relieved looking Guy Georges thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
