Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Thuk Brute (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bozidar Hofman (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Thuk Brute! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 1, fighting out of Tokyo, Bozidar Hofman! The judges for this bout are George Francis, Frank Dennis and Alan Glass.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Brute gets in close and instigates a clinch. Hofman manages to get underhooks and slows down the pace for a moment.
Brute tries to pull guard but Hofman forces him back to his feet, against the cage. Hofman breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Hofman throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Brute was covering up waiting for the punch and Hofman finishes the takedown easily into guard. Hofman should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete. We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace. Hofman is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position. Brute looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
We're hearing some news coming in from back stage. It's official - Hofman has eaten all the pies! Brute had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Hofman defends it easily. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Hofman postures up.
Hofman must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.
That's one minute gone in the round. Brute throws some sloppy strikes off his back.
Hofman trying to control but Brute is working from the bottom. Brute looking for a sweep. Not yet Brute, not yet. Brute avoiding any damage from the ground and pound. Brute is active off his back here, looking for submissions.
Brute has thrown up a leg looking for a triangle. Hofman doesn't defend quickly enough and Brute has managed to lock this one up! Can Hofman escape?! NO! He's tapping out! Damn, that was a quick submission - congrats to Brute on a fantastic submission victory.
