Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Harry Callahan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bill Hicks (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Hicks has chosen Bang Your Head as his entrance music. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 8 - 7 - 0, fighting out of New York, Harry Callahan!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 21 - 16 - 1, fighting out of Montreal, Bill Hicks!
The judges for this bout are Anthony Taglia, Alyssa Summers and Joseph Jones.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hicks misses with a wild body shot.
Callahan throws a body kick that misses.
A bone on bone clash there as Callahan blocks the leg kick.
Hicks throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Callahan throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Hicks takes a swing at Callahan's ribcage but misses.
Callahan throws a body punch but Hicks moves out of range.
Callahan tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Hicks paws at him with a jab and circles away.

Callahan goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo.
Hicks swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.

Hicks escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Hicks throws the left hand but Callahan avoids the punch easily.

The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet.
Hicks wants to pass the guard but Callahan is keeping the position.

Callahan escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Hicks gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

Callahan has an omoplata and is looking to use it perhaps as a submission or perhaps to transition. Hicks is in a bit of discomfort here, but he's managed to free himself and has dived into side control! That didn't work out too well for Callahan.

Hicks is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Callahan sees it coming and defends easily.

Callahan is desperately trying to improve his position but Hicks has a good base and remains in mount.

Hicks has Callahan pressed up against the cage. He's trying to work for a single leg takedown. Hicks pulls back from the cage and twists to the side, sending Callahan tumbling to the mat - Hicks dives into Callahan's guard.
