Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Kendall Williams Jr (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Benson Hedges (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Williams Jr comes to the cage accompanied by Higher Ground . Hedges has chosen Jason 'Mayhem' Miller Dream 9 Entrance as his entrance music. Benson Hedges will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hedges leaves Williams Jr with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Williams Jr looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Hedges shoots for a takedown but Williams Jr saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.

Hedges has closed the distance and engaged Williams Jr in a clinch.

Hedges has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics Williams Jr uses from the top position.

It looks like Benson Hedges has been cut.
Williams Jr is landing with some decent strikes but Hedges is trying to advance his position so the referee is letting the fight continue.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Benson Hedges's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.
