The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A head kick from Miller lands but Steele takes it in his stride.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Steele.
Steele tries for a takedown but Miller circles away easily
and Miller counters by clinching up.
Steele drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Miller gets the underhooks and prevents it.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Byrom Steele. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Miller lands an elbow inside that Steele shrugs off.

Steele drops down for a takedown but doesn't get it.
