Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Krayzor Windfather (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Earnest Abe (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Windfather might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to All The Above. Abe has chosen Uncle Sam Goddamn as his entrance music. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

12 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Earnest Abe! The judges for this bout are Russell Pearce, Alyssa Summers and Anthony Taglia.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Windfather lands a jab. Windfather misses with the combination.
Windfather throws a series of punches but Abe moves out of range. Windfather dives in and scores a takedown into Abe's guard. Windfather throwing strikes but missing. Windfather throwing strikes but missing. Windfather in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time. Abe preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage. Abe seems keen to control Windfather's posture. Abe working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Windfather.
That's one minute gone in the round. Windfather is looking to work some ground and pound but Abe has wrist control. Windfather has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Windfather accidentally thumps the mat. Windfather working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Abe doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Abe manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem. Windfather looking to sweep here. No luck so far. That's two minutes gone in the round. Windfather had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Abe defends it easily. Abe slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up. Abe must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu. Windfather has a butterfly guard looking to sweep but Abe has passed into side control.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Windfather is looking to regain half guard here but Abe keeps moving and retains side control. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Abe is looking to take a break and control but Windfather is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. Windfather is looking for a sweep.

Windfather tries to buck Abe off but Abe is having none of it. Abe trying to control the position but Windfather is working away. Windfather tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Abe wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control. Windfather sneaks back into half guard. Abe content to sit in half guard and control for a moment. Windfather tries to get to full guard but Abe has control of the leg.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Abe wants to take a breather but Windfather is having none of it. Abe trying to control from Windfather's half guard. Windfather has other ideas though and has regained full guard. Windfather looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
Abe looking to control the position here, rather than advance. Windfather is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Windfather not landing any meaningful shots this time. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Abe to score with a decent uppercut. It really doesn't seem like the step up in weight is hurting Windfather here at all. He's more than holding his own against the bigger man. Abe lands an overhand right. Jab by Abe. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Windfather throws out a loose jab but Abe uses good head movement to avoid it. Windfather fails to land the takedown. Windfather takes a shot to the body in his stride.
Abe misses with a wild body shot. Windfather tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Abe swivels and escapes. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Krayzor Windfather. That's going to take a lot out of him.
That's one minute gone in the round. Abe rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Windfather moves out of range and avoids them all easily. Abe bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut. Abe misses with a double jab.
Windfather throws out a loose jab but Abe uses good head movement to avoid it. Earnest Abe seems to be getting the better of the standup. Windfather throws the kick towards the body but Abe avoids it. Abe scores with a nice strike.
It looks like Krayzor Windfather has been cut. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Windfather changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Abe tries to avoid it but Windfather manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Abe to the ground. Abe escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. A chopping leg kick lands by Abe. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Abe lands a jab to Windfather's midsection. Abe feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Windfather's calf. Abe has used his reach advantage pretty well so far tonight. Abe bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Windfather's head. Both fighters circling a little - Abe finishes the exchange with a kick to the body. Abe lands a big uppercut and Windfather crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but Windfather looks OK. Abe waves Windfather back to his feet!
Windfather is rocked!
That's two minutes gone in the round. Abe ducks down into range and throws a picture perfect right hook that connects with Windfather's jaw. Windfather's eyes stare off into space as he falls to the mat, out cold! Abe does the decent thing and steps back, rather than landing any shots to his unconscious opponent.
