0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Jordan Donovan! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Thom Merrilin! The judges for this bout are Jonathan Paton, John Kavanagh and Dean Styles.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Donovan lands a lovely overhand right. Donovan checks a leg kick nicely. Donovan lands with a right hand. Merrilin throws out a leg kick but Donovan moves out of range and Merrilin only half commits. Donovan stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.
Merrilin is rocked!
It looks like Thom Merrilin has been cut. Merrilin avoids a punch combination nicely.
Merrilin is still on wobbly legs! Can Donovan finish him? Donovan avoids a kick to the body.
Merrilin throws a leg kick that is checked and Donovan counters with a crisp right that sends Merrilin to the canvas! Donovan follows up with punches from the mount and this one is all over!
