The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Booth avoids the body shot from Bulghakov.
Bulghakov tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Booth was well out of range. Poor timing from Bulghakov.
Bulghakov dives in and scores a takedown into Booth's guard.
The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.
Bulghakov wants to stand up, so he's looking to wriggle free of Booth's closed guard. He's half up but Booth has locked on to an arm! Uh oh! Booth pivots and extends the arm, Bulghakov falls face first to the mat and taps??... does he?? YES! He's tapping! Excellent counter grappling there by Booth! Well done that man!
