The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Alexander connects with a looping right hand.
It looks like Ongka Ongka has been cut.
Alexander takes a swing at Ongka's ribcage but misses.
Ongka ducks under a wild hook from Alexander.
Alexander throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Alexander tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Ongka was well out of range. Poor timing from Alexander.
Ongka throws a low kick but Alexander avoids it.
Otto Alexander seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Ongka will need to close the distance a bit before he attacks - that leg kick was thrown from too far away.
Ongka uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Alexander.
Ongka is looking to land body kicks.
Ongka fails to land the takedown.
Alexander thows a body shot but no joy.

Ongka fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Alexander sprawls well initially but Ongka persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
Ongka tries to pass to full mount but Alexander defends it.
Ongka seems like he's working for an arm triangle here. He's freed his trapped foot and he's rotating nicely. Alexander is in big trouble! He's tapping out! This one is aaaaaaaaaaaall over!

Ongka Ongka tried to hype himself up post fight but didn't word it too well and it ended up with him sounding like a bit of a tool.
